Entries & Exits - Concept
This concept helps a lot to move more freely on the ground and you will make you stop thinking what to do next, while moving.
This technique is about learning different entries and exits in a certain position. You will learn to move without an active thought, but more to rely on the different options of movements your body stored in your muscle memory and is capable to access right on the spot.
The more entries and exits you learn, the more possibilities are available. 10,20 or 50 ways in and out for a certain position!
It takes a lot of practice and time but the outcome will be a lot of freedom and a meditative state of movement.
