The online course is suitable for everyone. For beginners in Ground-

movement, but also for experienced dancers and movement artists, the course offers new approaches to expand your personal movement horizon and to deal creatively with body and mind.

The current online course always takes place on Sundays, from 10:00-11:00

The current online course costs €24 per month. This corresponds to

All I need is enough space (about 2.5m x 2.5m) and comfortable clothes. The online course runs via Zoom. You can either download the app or log in via your browser on your computer or smartphone. 30 mins
